Our dream came true bcoz of SmartYatra, we were planning to go for honeymoon to Maldives and it was soo difficult to get paradise resort at Maldives. Ashwin sir promised us that he'll get the package done for said dates.. finally he got us the package at right time with best rate when no other travel agencies did it.. This was our first international trip so we were worried. Also due to covid lot of procedure were there they helped us lot, we were soo safe.. the resort package which he had booked was wonderful. We really enjoyed the trip in Maldives. Their service, hard work, staff everything is best.. from startin and till end they cared us lot.. guys if your planning to travel anywhere pls go to SmartYatra.. They will sure help you out.

A friend suggested Smart Yatra and we found smart yatra was worthful, earlier we used to book our vacations on popular travel site. The vacation itinerary was well planned by smartyatra, we received our boarding passes , flight seat booking done, meals were provided in the plane. The best thing is Ashwin was always reachable and he was able to help with any information need. The Taxis services was good, drivers were very polite and cooperated very well. Innova taxi was arranged for whole Sikkim and Darjeeling trip. Hotel rooms were excellent specifically all rooms were with good views and premium one. The restaurant service was also booked and has good food which we enjoyed. Overall we had a memorable vacation trip highly recommend Smart Yatra and Ashwin. 🙂

Very good services . They take care end to end everything from booking tickets, hotel, visa..etc. where customers no need to do anything, complete online. During the trip ..all the travels, site visit ticket ..all taken care by the ground staff and all the travels were premium quality.Really appreciate the services excellent..

MANALI From Day 1 till drop at Chandigarh on 6th day, it was the AWESOME Trip. Hotels at all the places like MANALI, KUFRI AND CHANDIGARH was very Neat, Clean and at the Prime Locations. Vehicle and Driver was Super Duper. It was like our 2nd Honeymoon. Seriously from my Heart, it was a FANTASTIC TRIP, All Thanks to you ASHWIN for arranging it. Most importantly it was such a nice arrangements that didn't bothered ASHWIN even once. Never Ever will try other Vendors for my any Vacation. You are the best @ SMARTYATRA

latest updates of all the major countries found a solution for her and routed her through Dubai. In Dubai she did not follow certain specific instructions which Ashwin gave and missed her flight. Ashwin was on telephone from 2 am till 5 am. He not only booked her on another flight in business class but also managed a refund from the Airline for no fault of the Airline. How he did it we don't know, what we know that this is the reason we refer Mr Ashwin with confidence and will continue to do so.

Ashwin organised a wonderful trip to Sikkim! It was in the last minute, but he did a wonderful job in planning and organising. All the vehicles sent by him were in great condition as it was a hectic ghat road all the way; it helped a lot in keeping us active. Check in experience at hotels was also very smooth. Ashwin and Team at Smartyatra are very efficient and super responsive. I use them for most of my ticketing needs.
